@afcstuff I would take him, people saying he’s not good enough for United is false, he had a falling out with the previous management, he’s good enough for Arsenal.
@afcstuff@AlfredoPedulla I'd love him to stay, but I feel we've got what we can from him as a player, he hasn't developed as much as Arteta probably wanted him to. €59m, might seem low but he's in the final year of his contract, so better to cash in now.
@The_UnitedFocus@David_Ornstein@J_Tanswell@gunnerblog@TheAthleticFC I think Saliba will be rotated more this season (like Rice) to give them a break when it’s needed. Rice was completed gone by end of the season and it was probably the same with Saliba, had he had some more rest maybe the back issue wouldn’t flared up.
@afcstuff@Rodra10_97 €30m a year we can afford when you factor in all the extra revenue he will bring in, my concern is other players will start demanding more which will cause problems down the line. I’d rather have a settled team than one player disrupting everything that has been built.
@afcstuff@talkSPORT Would have been a good signing for us, but the fact his head got turned so quick isn’t a good sign. I’m sure Berta has a plan B in place.
@afcstuff Maybe Eze as attacking mid and Nelli on the wing would work better… not much creativity in the midfield there but will be solid in controlling things
