@ASoberLady Hello I'm 39 years sober and life has never been sweeter. Stick with the winners!

[Jan FitzGerald @mohuatree]

@StephenKing I had a 5 hour wait on a family member undergoing a cardio procedure - so grateful I took your book "Dr Sleep" with me. As a recovered alcoholic (38 yrs sobriety) it's heading to be my favourite read of all time! Thanks Stephen!

Nigel Jarrett's review - p91 Acumen #106 - of my poetry book 'A Question Bigger than a Hawk' (The Cuba Press NZ) nailed it! So delighted to feel a reviewer had so thoughtfully read every word. This issue is also a particularly fine one. Enjoying by the fire in wintry NZ.

@GoldingBF He tripped on the microphone cord trailing to the lectern. You can see it! Could happen to anyone, any age.

@jcurtisart I believe you're in Somerset but the wing and tail pattern is startlingly like the NZ Falcon (karearea.)

@Poppenz Excellent poem, Jeffrey!

@ImPaulMcKenna @mbsfestival @TungAuditorium Paul, a month ago a Grade 3 cyclone hit my province, Hawkes Bay, NZ, claiming lives and houses. I felt traumatised for days then remembered you talking about negation and stopped telling my anxiety I was NOT in DANGER, but instead "I AM SAFE." It works!

@EmEnSpace Skimpy skirts for PE? And I thought our rompers were awful - have changed my mind on that now!

[Jan FitzGerald @mohuatree]

Thank you Paula Green for a wonderful review of my latest poetry book.

@ImPaulMcKenna @mindvalley Paul would Everyday Bliss be your best programme suited to PTSD? And can I just pay Mindvalley once to cover a month and download to my computer? I'm in my 70s and don't have/need other devices. Thank you

[Jan FitzGerald @mohuatree]

@PaulaJoyGreen Absolutely. I was delighted today inside Shoe Clinic to be asked if I'd be more comfortable wearing a mask, to which I whipped mine out of pocket (I have heart cond and man at home awaiting heart surgery.) The assistant then donned one too. Top marks for care and consideration!
