I ordered the IQOO15 phone from Amazon twice within 2–3 days, and both times the order showed “Out for Delivery,” yet the delivery agents never showed up.

After multiple calls to customer service, all I hear is the same unbelievable excuse: “The delivery agent isn’t picking up the call.” How can a company of Amazon’s scale operate like this? If your own agents can’t be contacted, how are you managing millions of orders?

@help_delhivery Do whatever you want to do. I want the final delivery date by when I will receive this shipment because the information given on the app is very unreliable. So, please provide the date by when you will deliver this order.

@help_delhivery very bad experience with courier I think you should spend some money to improve your logistics and delivery timing instead of spending in marketing. I ordered some goods from an online website(AWB: 21720035232476) and it's not delivered yet.

@chavdapinky @chavdapinky It's vary disappointing if you are facing this issue. @AmazonHelp I am also prime member and I frequently order from Amazon and it's possible that I face the same issue. Today it's 2999 product but after this I am afraid to place big amounts order.

It's my worst experience. Look into it
