@ProgressIreland Why add more infrastucture to the system when the grid is not fit for purpose. Sort the grid out first. I am sure the wind farm companies would be happy to invest some of the tax payers money they obtained via constraint payments for not producing energy.

In Ireland we were told No she wasn’t fit for surgery it couldn’t be done . No Options Case closed. 5 days ago surgery in America went to plan . This is way I speak up about the neglect children face in Ireland🙏On the road to recovery now

@LMonster2360377@caulmick This comes as no surprise to people in rural communities where biogas, wind and solar farms are being imposed with no communications with the community affected. The government are on purpose and deliberately not passing regulations to protect these said communitues.
@paulmurphy_TD@caulmick We need to set up as renewable companies. We paid 241 million to wind and solar companies in constraint payments last year in 2025 to not produce energy. We have been paying constraint payments since 2009. Add all those years together.
One-third of Ireland’s energy will be used to power datacentres
I guarantee you, the Taoiseach won't be talking to the datacentres about the "conservation of energy".
We will continue to subsidise them, their needs will come before the need of the public.

@caulmick@CheallaighNiamh As we subsidize biogas, wind and solar farms. We paid 241 million to wind and solar companies in constraint payments last year in 2025 to not produce energy. We have been paying constraint payment since 2009. Add all those years together.
"It is really terrifying and we have nowhere else to go."
These are the words of Elizabeth Stewart (84), who is currently facing the impossible. After seven years of building a life in the Sonas Retirement Village in Enniscrone, Elizabeth and her husband Frank (88) have been served an eviction notice for June 6th.
Frank suffers from advanced dementia and is recovering from two broken hips. He is non-ambulatory, requires a hospital bed, and relies on a specialized wet room for basic hygiene.
The couple received notice on November 26th from Nasso BK Holdings Ltd, a company with US-based investors who are reportedly selling six properties due to changing rent laws.
Nine tenants across six houses, all living with disabilities ranging from MS to dementia are being forced out of their "step-down" homes.
Elizabeth has spent the last three years as a full-time carer for Frank. They moved to this village thinking it would be their "last move"
Elizabeth and Frank are looking for the right to live out their lives with dignity. They are asking for a reprieve after June 6th to allow time to find suitable, medical-grade accommodation through Sligo County Council or private means.
Our older people deserve better than to be "cleared out" for an investment sale.

Scoliosis Scandal - Health Committee , Wednesday 25th March 2026
They are migrating and then they are dying, like Chloe Maher. @TomClonan
Do you record in any of your systems when a child becomes inoperable in your care?
When you say that waiting lists have improved, how much is it discharges without medical intervention i.e medical negligence.
