Mexico is genuinely a great country with solid infrastructure and a rich culture. the vibes at the Monterrey stadium is insane and their food is great, they lied to us about Mexico man.🇲🇽
¡GRACIAS,MÉXICO! 👏
Azteca Stadium in Mexico is one of the craziest football stadiums I’ve ever seen 🇲🇽
Still wondering though, who actually plays here when the World Cup isn’t going on? 🤔
VENTANILLA EQUIVOCADA 😡🇲🇽🇪🇨
Ecuatorianos recriminan a México y FIFA no tener entradas, pero la Federación de Ecuador ya tiene un % del Estadio Azteca.

Estadio Akron, located in Zapopan in the Guadalajara metropolitan area, is one of Mexico’s most unusual football stadiums.
Designed by Jean-Marie Massaud and Daniel Pouzet with VFO / Studio Massaud Pouzet, the stadium was conceived as a landform rather than a conventional arena.
Its concrete structure is wrapped in a grass-covered artificial hill, while the white roof sits above it like a cloud over a volcanic crater.
The idea was not only visual. The design connects the stadium to the volcanic landscape around western Guadalajara, where the nearby Sierra La Primavera forms part of the region’s geological identity.
Home to C.D. Guadalajara, the stadium is known as Estadio Akron — and for FIFA World Cup 2026, it appears under the tournament name Guadalajara Stadium.
