@AmazonHelp I accept my mistake for ordering from Amazon. I have screenshots showing how I was treated. I was repeatedly given incorrect information, transferred between agents, and had to explain my issue over and over. This is not the customer service I expected.

The client is not in Pakistan but has cleared all loans. Is there any way to get loan clearance confirmation? I have followed up and emailed the bank, but no one is responding properly, and agents are only asking to come back to Pakistan and apply NOC.
