@ZARA_Care I would appreciate it if this issue I have raised over and over again be resolved speedily. This is not acceptable at all. It shouldn't take 2 months for an item of furniture to be picked up from my home and for refund to be processed.

Then the item was picked up after 4 rescheduling 3 weeks ago. Now your agent is saying they will arrange pick up. What happened to the Zara that was Customer focused and swift. Please resolve this issue immediately and process my refund.
