@hahnscratch Of that $160k amount, only approx. $1,200 is spent annually on rehabilitation. About $1,080 of that is allocated to Education (classroom and vocation) ~ leaving approx $120 annually for CBT programming. Except, CDCR doesn’t do CBT programming. They rely on volunteers and inmates!

@hahnscratch What will you tell me next? California’s Prop 57 sentence reduction credit affixed to “rehabilitative” programming isn’t rehabilitative at all but only serves to reduce the prison population using free inmate facilitators or volunteers rather than actual rehabilitation???
