@EmiratesNBD_AE I had one of the worst experiences in the Dubai silicon oasis branch and the branch manager had no interest in supporting, the customer experience with emirates NBD has significantly dropped

@EtisalatMisr why is your team trying to sabotage a 14 years relationship I had with Etisalat! I literally bought new numbers from #We and a wifi data connection from @VodafoneEgypt because of the current bad experience I’m getting, where are they driving me towards!

@EtisalatMisr Hi @hdowidar why am I forced to pay 3000 LE to get back my 2 numbers! This is unfair and unexpected when I request back my lines less that a couple of months after you guys deactivated them though other service providers didn’t do that! I want to keep them as prepaid!
