@CrestaHotels I always enjoy my stay in Cresta. The level of professionalsm and customer service is amazing. Beginning of December I stayed in Cresta Thapama. Had an amazing stay and the best service at the hands of Ludo Gaboete, an amazing soul who has excellent customer service

Was also assisted by Major Bazibi and Kudzanani Mathala, amazing souls who made me feel at home. My son had a great time. I definitely will be doing cresta only. Great service, clean and spacious rooms. I really appreciate Cresta Thapama for such great service.

There is also Cresta Riley’s and Mr Lekwape, guys keep up the good work. If you need a place to stay in Gabs, from my experience, go for Cresta President Hotel and in Maun, go for Cresta Rileys.

A lot of times we write to complain as consumers, rightly so. Today, however, I want to pen an appreciation post for Cresta Hotels, especially Cresta President Hotel in Gabs. I have been their customer for years now and every time they give me exceptional service.

They always give excellent customer service. I have met the likes of Bonnifassie and Monkgogi at the front desk, I can say you guys are the best. I am really impressed by the service at that hotel and will recommend anyone, any day, be it for business or vacation.

@UKinBotswana I believe the first approach will be participatory approach to the indigenous communities living in the KAZA area and have them collaborate on monitoring wildlife crimes and have the communities benefit directly from the resources and then harmonize policies between member states
