@VerizonSupport @cstef54 They’re a shit company, and we’ve had nothing but problems since my account was hacked back in May. They’ve done nothing to help us, haven’t kept us updated on the case and put us through the ringer to try and get the accounts closed and get new phones set up.

@VerizonSupport My account was hacked at a Verizon corporate store and in have had nothing but headaches dealing with customer service/fraud department. Management should have reached out to me letting me know the status is what is going on. Instead I am getting bills for hundreds od dollars 😞

@VerizonSupport I’m so incredibly disappointed with his company after being a customer for 22 years. Verizon has allowed someone to go into a local store and open seven new lines on my account and seven brand new devices without my authorization without ID without verification!

1. Your technicians don’t show up when they say they are going to but keep charging us
2. Your technician called me and yelled at me the next day after leaving a review he didn’t agree with

@Delta I just had the best flight ! DL3778 flight attendant is Lucie and she is the most kind, caring and sweetest person I have ever met ! She deserves recognition for a wonderful job well done 😊😊

@YETICoolers purchased a $220 cooler from your company, I don’t need tips for ice retention, it’s common sense. Your brand is crap or it’s just this style of cooler. Our drink cups work just fine and our friends who have larger coolers than this one seem to have no issues.

@YETICoolers we purchased the cooler in the below picture because we have heard wonderful things about your coolers. Needless to say I am very disappointed in this product. We have used this cooler three times abs the ice melts in less than 3 hours and does not keep cans cold. 🙁

@WyndhamResort Incredibly disappointing stay at your “Ramada” Fargo ND property. Our family was trying to have a nice Christmas celebration by getting together at this hotel. We have never been treated so awful by staff in my life. The ceiling In the pool area was falling in!!!
