@DistantCoder I agree, it is a nightmare, especially in commander where you are limited to playing 1 of specific utility lands. There isn’t really a good way to fix it until you get to more competitive defined levels of EDH where your curve is so low your land drops don’t matter past 2 or 3
@DistantCoder The land problem is obviously just inherent to the game but competitive strategies in cEDH and 60 card have mana bases that are designed to be (with a proper mulligan) consistent across games. That does also tie into fast mana and rocks though
@DistantCoder Competitive magic formats when allowed, play fetchlands which are lands that instead of having a mana ability allow you to use them to search your deck for a land of a basic land type specified and put it into play. They are legal in commander and very good
@Nasafitra People got skill diffed by alan because they didn’t feel like engaging with the mechanics of the fight and just wanted to use their YouTube MAX DPS set. Theres nothing wrong with any playstyle but you’re partially responsible for your experience and how you engage with the game
@Nasafitra Kushala was pretty easy if you just slimed him out with flash pods. I do agree that the wind pressure was a bit much sometimes but so many people play this game just running their max dps set “I’m him” instead of using deco slots for wind pressure or something
im the guy they’re making the new mtg set for, sorry. i clapped like a seal when i saw 18 different pizzas with different toppings from my twelfth-favorite childhood ip. i told hasbro i wouldn’t buy any of the harry potter tcg unless there were three raphaels in every pack
Your deck is just qualityslop. You only win games because you play cards that are good. I bet if you played cards that weren't good you wouldn't win as much. I am very intelligent
