@HMRCcustomers I’ve requested a refund for 2024-2025 but like I say it won’t let me for 2023-2024 so I wondered if the information I was given about it being carried over to 24-25, was correct. And if not how to claim a refund for that too. Thanks

@HMRCgovuk I didn’t claim my tax refund 23-24 and can only claim for a refund for the 24-25. Waited an hour to speak with an advisor today who said the 23-24 tax refund was carried over to 24-25 refund which I have found out isn’t true.Can you please let me know how to proceed?

@HMRCcustomers Thank you! Yes I’ve got 2 tax calculations for those years. The latest one says I’ve paid too much tax but is £60 less than years 2023-2024.
