I am thinking of teaching my Mindful Doodling course this year - either in May or mid-June. Wondering if the latter would be better for something to do over the summer? Thoughts?
As the leaves fall and the seasons change, I’m reminded of the beauty in letting go and embracing the flow of life.
After my break, new ideas are slowly percolating, and I’m working on a new project that I’m excited to share soon!
In the spirit of the season, I hope these doodles remind you to make space for new growth, to let your leaves drop, and to stay close to nature’s heart.
Grateful to you, my community, for holding space while I reconnect with my creative self. Thank you for your love and support as I continue on this journey.
🧡Molly

hello twitterverse friends! i've not been on social media much the last few months, but wanted to send you all well wishes. many of you probably noticed I haven't been publishing cartoons, but rest assured I am well 🥰 a nice break after 12 + years of near-daily doodles xox
Image Description: A person is in a moment of peaceful and quiet introspection, studying a radiant yellow flower in full bloom. The caption says, "Look deeply into the nature of things." The artwork is by Molly Hahn.
Doodled while waiting for a flight in Paris, 2017. Resonates given I've been "pruning" things in my life, taking new risks in my career. Have consulted many a inner guides the last few weeks. Late nights anxious as I find the courage to let go. Allow change to flow. Being Brave.
The DVDs of the Buddha Doodles animation just arrived and this song about not giving up by @bellesglasgow played on Spotify as I opened the first copy, so fitting for this project! Grateful for my team & Kickstarter backers. Can’t wait to autograph and send these out💓La da dee!
more good news, I've had 2 months of steady energy, so far no fatigue relapses. spent half of last year unable to work so this is pretty amazing feeling! I also quit coffee, upped my protein, do eft tapping, meditation, yoga, polyvagal theory nervous system exercises every day!
