A2: your team is vital! You learn to respect one another, listen, and be willing to be vulnerable with each other! Our first grade team does this so well and it makes our job so much easier! We also eat lunch together and pray for one other like a family! #robertssoarschat

A1: my favorite thing to do is to create the classroom culture! It starts prior to day 1 getting to know parents, earning their trust! Then day 1 letting the kids know you care for them! Get to know them on a personal level first! #robertssoarschat
