@SouthwestAir I stayed on hold for 6 hours (with an estimated wait time of 80 minutes) At 11:54pm I had to hang up because I gave up hope anyone was going to answer. I am up again before 6am on hold with an estimated wait time exceeding 120 minutes. Please help 🥲❤️

@SouthwestAir I love Southwest! We have used Southwest for flights for years! I told my mom how great. She booked a flight for her and my sister last year. Sister had to cancel and now they can’t help with reissuing a flight? Any help?

@SouthwestAir Hey Tevyn! Thanks for the SUPER fast reply! She has no confirmation code (deleted the emails unfortunately) I’m guessing this is the only way travel credit can be applied? She has the payment confirmation in her bank statement. I think she’s just out that flight 😕
