Meanwhile, this person somehow stole my videos and copied my thumbnails. my channel (1st img), stoled content (second image). @TeamYouTube I need help with a possible mistaken batch termination. 3 separate channels were terminated for Spam/Scams, and all 3 appeals were rejected at the exact same time. A previous channel had the same issue on June 15 and was reinstated after appeal.

@TeamYouTube following up on my DM. Creator Support reviewed the case, but no specific example of spam/scam/deceptive activity was provided.

This still looks like mistaken batch enforcement: multiple channels had appeal decisions at the same time

3 channels were terminated for the same Spam/Scams policy, all appeals were rejected at the same time, and a previous identical termination was reinstated on June 16.
