@ConfirmTesting The link posted to refunds doesn’t even work and they’ve tried to say that we didn’t register properly because we didn’t keep the barcode that as sent off in the box. Sounds like a scam to me when we sent off results on Monday for another company and received results next day

@ConfirmTesting @ConfirmTesting it’s clear from all the comments on your page that you’re a fraudulent website. Look at all the customers who haven’t received results or refunds. The refund link page also goes to an error page. Will be reporting this company so other travellers avoid
