@GVKavatarlvr I imagine that every eridian in this AU has a certain "amount" of carapace, the outer layer they can use to maintain the new form (if that makes sense). Some have more, some have less, so yeah, Adrian would be able to shift into a much larger human form than Rocky! 😳

@Oliver010060 it's not a fic just yet. I have a plot outline and tons of ideas about the eridian race for this AU, plus some Grace headcanons that I'd really love to dive into, but I'm not an experienced fic writer 😭 but maybe I'll give it a shot after all, we'll see!
