I was trying to remove all the hoochie accounts for #begoneThotThursday but you capped my removal. #LameAF@Twitter this is why I don't use your trashware app any more
@disneyplus I know yer DESPERATE to keep subscribers.... Maybe make it better to tune in more than one day a week? I'm. Available to take that persons' job btw. Email me
@disneyplus you have two shows that air on Wednesday. I just want to ask if your scheduler is stupid or hasn't heard of other days of the week. What is wrong with spreading releases out by a day. Do you just suck at your job? If you have THIS little to release maybe span the week
@moltenink Unfortunately, the majority of service interruption is due to hydro outages as well as damaged lines and equipment. We remain committed to restoring service as soon as we possible. ^cp
@RogersHelps Your company needs to act it's age and take ownership of the problems it's facing, not hiding and pretending y'all didn't shit your pants. We are all adults and we need information to make adult decisions. Be better
. @RogersHelps You guys really don't have a clue what is going on do you? My service was restored this morning and I just got a text apologizing because there is a delay in fixing the issues at the location I informed you about. What is happening over there?
@RogersHelps You need to treat your customers better. With respect. We are more than an income source. We are people who work for other people. We are responsible for work being done and your company has been acting like a child who's scared they will be sent to their room
@RogersHelps We (as customers) SHOULD be able to make tough decisions about making plans to extend our wireless data if we are with another provider etc. We should be able to make choices when a service as essential as yours is will have a long term interruption
@RogersHelps I understand that press release. And I understand your obligation to send that response out. But as a customer I gotta say that it instills zero confidence. We all realistically understand the situation. All customers want is to be able to follow things, know what's happening
@BigDee59869599 @RogersHelps Where are you at? I'd love to know more about people being left in the dark of for no other reason than to highlight the fiasco that @rogers has made this into
@BigDee59869599 @RogersHelps Yer not wrong. I was lucky to have power all week, my parents don't and I've been cooking for them every night this week. I wouldn't be complaining if I didn't find the lack of updates from @rogers to be so upsetting. It's a poor business practice to leave customers in the dark
@RogersHelps I mean I could do that. And I appreciate all yer people dealing with everyone a call at a time but I'm more concerned with the corporate level that decided to hide what's really going on from customers. It's hurting them being so uninformed
@Tirnanogh @HeatherBadenoch@KatherineDines The lack of transparency means that people who SHOULD be looking at alternatives cannot make plans. It's irresponsible of them. The internet is not just for entertainment, I need it for my job.
@KatherineDines I'm one of those people and can't get a word from Rogers, meanwhile one of my neighbours has theirs back as I've been on their guest WiFi trying to get news of when mine will return
