@kenzianidiot Florida native here - when I was about 6 years old, I got a very bad sunburn. My parents dabbed vinegar on me with cotton balls (I don’t remember if they diluted it). I smelled like a salad. The next day I’d changed from red to brown. Feel better soon!
@KeruboSk The common interests that aren’t holidays. My mom and I both worked in the senate and would call each other on election night to talk about the races. I was not prepared for the wave of grief that first primary after she passed.
@CindySinor My father had a book of Rockwell’s paintings, and as a child, I absolutely loved this one. The woman’s shoes captivated me for whatever reason. Still to this day every time I look at this, I go directly to the shoes.
