My daughter purchsased a gold membership 7/14. The site clitched at she was prossesing the payment and the home park switched to St. Louis Mo. Instead of Great America Chicago (Gurnee) we contacted them they stated they can't do anything so now she lost out!

If your company involves @OSMWORLDWIDE in Glendale Heights for your shipping they lose packages during shipment and don't seem to know where it goes. Read the reviews!! They lost my package and told me to contact the merchant for reorder or refund

I lost my internet connection just before 1pm CT today and trouble shooting with the dumb Auto Chat an hour and a half later it connected me to a Agent via chat who found out the issue was on them but it resolve it a tech would to fix the issue.

I am sick and tired of US Bank. I make deposits almost daily and deposited a government check Saturday teller told me I would be ok using my debit card to make a 1,000 payment and she assured me that i was able to. Well guess what it declined.

Why is it so hard to respond to an email or, better yet, to pick up the phone. My landlord can post notes on my door at 8:19am, but I call her 30 minutes later to get her voicemail. I left a message and emailed her twice 2 days ago, and there has been no response. Like WTF??

@jcpenny I placed an order on the 10th, which was given the expected delivery of the 15th, which is today. I have now been told 3 different dates and the item has yet to leave the warehouse Which is in Colorado. Im in Chicago was told 3-7 business days for delivery today is 4.

@usbank I am exhausted calling about you Addison, Il branch ATM... Why on earth you only have 1 ATM that is constantly having issues. This branch is across the street from my home and due to closure of the the WoodDale branch. I have to drive 20 minutes away to another ATM .
