Proud to represent Clemson women's basketball player @miavmoore28 as she fights for eligibility. The NCAA denied her waiver based on a roughly 1-minute appearance made while recovering from a documented ulnar nerve injury, after she had told her trainer that she didn't feel ready to play.

We are preparing to seek a temporary restraining order and an injunction to get her back on the court this season. I'm working with @peplawchs as local counsel.

“We do not wrestle against flesh & blood….so put in the full armor of God so that you can stand firm against the schemes of the devil.” Eph. 6:10-12

If you only focus on who or what you can see, you’ll miss the real culprit.

Read Eph 6:10-18 & get your arsenal in order. ⚔️

[Coach Susie Gardner @EPEDtogether]

We had 2 sets of @Mercer_WBB parents at our first round game yesterday in Asheville. The key is their daughters graduated in 2018 and 2019, yet they still follow the Bears. #culture
