0/10 do i recommend having the stomach bug while breastfeeding. Like I’m trying to feed my child and stay hydrated but I can’t keep the water down. And every time she nurses it makes me hot and I puke😅

Saw a TikTok that flamingos lose their pink when raising their babies because it’s such an intensive process, & eventually, it comes back.

I feel like this is such an important thing to remember when we feel like we’ve lost ourselves in motherhood. We will get our pink back🥹💗
