@SenHawleyPress We are in a nightmare from @Allstate. Tree fell into our house during Hurricane Beryl (July 2024) over $150K in damages. We are STILL fighting them. No work has been done - they continue to delay and deny. It is absolutely criminal!!!

So basically @Allstate you create “mayhem” - you follow ZERO rules - promise to “reach out” and my all time favorite “escalate” things - but again - NOTHING…
The latest is that @Allstate will approve 51 shingles for our roof… yes 51. Not sure what 51 and how their Large loss adjuster determined that - but whateves right???
Massive tree falls into our house in Hurricane Beryl IN JULY - and we are still fighting.
Absolute criminal - in good hands my ass….
Over 120K worth of damage and you want to cover $18K - we will absolutely continue to fight for what is right!!!

Just curious-is anyone else going through what feels like a personal hell with #Allstate Insurance? We had a massive tree fall in our house during Beryl. Over $125K worth of damage & they have said they will cover $18K. We have had several experts, structural engineers, foundation comp. & contractors out to give their advice and plan of action and Allstate won’t budge. @allstate what exactly is the secret code that gets you to do the right thing? Anyone else dealing with this or have any advice?

@karenloismarkov I am so sorry to hear this. Are you at a stalemate with @Allstate? It seems like they are trying to wear people down. We have hired a public adjuster but prepared to take it further if needed. What @Allstate is doing is just absolute criminal…,
