@ClayTravis @SouthwestAir @TomiLahren Don’t care one way or another about assigned seats, but I agree it takes longer to board. Yet, they keep changing my 8 year olds assigned seat despite the fact I have confirmation of said seats! No solution lots of dancing around with stories like ‘the airport did it. Not us!’ 😂

I don’t care about assigned seating… but if you can’t roll it out well, don’t. You change seats that people have reserved and have broken companion pass reservations. I had to book 4 individual tickets instead of w/ my husband and then adding our kids.
