Thoughts on new meds: I hate med changes. Though I wasn't stable (whatever that means) I wasn't doing to bad but now with new meds my mood is all over the place.

Im convince the disability process is intended to make you give up. They would rather see you suffer than pay a benefit. I'm gonna keep fighting for mine.

My family is ashamed of my mental illness so I have decided to love them from a distance and deal the best I can.

Acceptance seems to be a hard pill to swallow. I’ve accepted my diagnosis but I haven’t accepted that my only support system is my therapist and psychiatrist.
