@NastyGalHelp Hi, I sent an return back on 26th November, with the postal tracking saying it was received on 1st December, but I have had no email to say it's been received, therefore not had a refund. Please can you look into this?
@googlenest@googlenesthelp bought a new nest thermostat which was faulty. I contacted support numerous times through phone and email and constantly chased to only be told a new replacement will come 'soon'. It's now been almost 2 months and still nothing. Completely unacceptable
@ASOS someone got into my account and tried to buy trainers which thankfully didn't go through. I have been trying to contact you via @ASOS_HeretoHelp to let you know but got no response. Can someone get back to me as it is really concerning this happened?
@AdmiralUK I have been trying to get hold of someone regarding cancelling my policy for over a week. I've been on hold everytime for almost over an hour (right now on hold as we speak) and your customer services team via email take days to reply. This is getting ridiculous.
So @superdrug I bought a @maybellineNYUK liquid eyeliner from you 2 months ago but only opened it yesterday and it is completely dry. I bought it based on reviews and to the lead up to family weddings and I basically wasted my money. Think I'll stick to @rimmellondonuk #nothappy
