@RelianceDigital My Panasonic 1.5T split AC complaint that has been pending since May 9th. It is infuriating that despite all my previous emails and countless phone calls, no technician has visited my home to fix the faulty coil and address the non-cooling issue of the AC.

@singhalrajat42@RelianceResQ in the same boat as you since 9th May. To make things worse they cancel or close your complaint all by themselves without so much confirming with the paying customer. NEVER, I repeat NEVER BUY FROM THIS SHITTY COMPANY.

@sangram3773@RelianceDigital We are facing the same issue with 4 ac’s out of which, 2 we had to get it serviced from outside bcs reliance is just awful in following up. I am still waiting on the remaining two with a gas leak. It’s beyond frustrating. Never seen such reckless irresponsible behaviour.
