I never appreciated how little MSK education we got in preclinical years until becoming an MS4 preceptor.

My MS2's knee exam consisted solely of palpation and reflexes.

@AshleyGWinter My 1st case during my 3rd year surgery rotation was an I&D for Fourniers Gangrene with postop twice daily dressing changes. I still cringe thinking about it.
