This is about dignity at work, time with our families, a healthier work-life balance, and a better future for the generations of bankers who will follow us.

🚨 NO POSITIVE OUTCOME — STRIKE CONTINUES!

The meeting between UFBU and IBA held today ended without any positive outcome on our key demands.

With the issues of 5-Day Banking, discriminatory PLI, and other pending/residual issues remaining unresolved, there is no reason to defer the strike call.

✊ March on to the 11th September Strike!
