Brodie reminds us that media reports of crime usually have little resemblance to the reality of crime itself. Although, at the same time, news media is ironically where most people learn about crime.

I just finished my shift at Hillbrow clinic now. The amount of senseless trauma that came in today because of the riots for the release of a man who could not care less about the people suffering was disgusting!! What has the country come to?😭😭😭
