@zaaaarbi One of the only things I didn’t like in The Bloody Affair was his revenge monologue with The Lonely Shepherd being removed because there was no need to set up part 2. That part rocks.
@BysCys68812@DECAFVoka The Gordian Knot being framed between his arms outstretched in a circle implying a near-midnight doomsday clock blew my mind when I read about it in the annotated edition. Probably the densest comic ever written, i notice a million new things every time.
@dyinlevi It’s such a weird thing being into Batman but not the Batfamily. People really love those characters but all my favorite stories are Batman and Alfred only.
@illjoy_ I’ve never had a horror movie ruin my day like it, very strange because I can’t quite figure out why it bothered me more than any other mean-spirited horror I’ve seen. Maybe they did too good a job of making the characters feel real and likeable (at least for the girls).
@StevenWallaby It’s a nice deviation from the story formula for Dark Souls I-III and eventually Elden Ring.
Dark Souls I-III and ER are holy pilgrimages.
Bloodborne is an occult mystery.
And I love that Sekiro’s first half is an Assault on Castle Ashina.
@laufman I’ve seen vertical monitors for coding but what use does it have for an artist? Script writing or is it just nice to have a monitor matching print dimensions?
@goosetoffoh I don't want to live in a world without M64, so happy you guys are sticking around. Very late to this thread, but I'm working on Baeloch The Last Goblin, a comic series about the last goblin left in a dark fantasy world. The first issue is available here: https://t.co/ZjnLbupipK
@FakePlissk3n What’s crazy to me is that that’s a fireplace so that troll must be pretty huge. The footage of his house from the documentary is really cool, breaking out the trench coat that Hellboy’s is based on was a great moment.
