The Bureau of Occult Warfare (or Bureau de la Guerre Occulte).
Founded in 1922 by Sir Eric Drummond and Joseph Louis Avenol, the Bureau is considered a predecessor to the Global Occult Coalition, and was considered dissolved after the creation of the latter.
