It's been 3 years since AI exploded, but nobody's life has improved outside of Silicon Valley.
Tomo is for real humans, like my little brother Lucas
and 10,000 other humans taking a chance on themselves every single day.
I made a lil website to pick a random topic for impromptu speaking that went viral!
95k visitors in 2 weeks
Just added some fun categories (defend your worst take, roast a popular thing, etc) that I will try tmr for my day 15/30 of talking for 1 min on random topic :)
In the past 3 weeks I've
- gained 70.5k followers on Insta and 21k on TikTok
- made a paid discord channel and made my first $1000
- build a impromptu topic generator site that went viral and got 85k visitors
but I feel weirdly numb to it…
HOLLYYYY SHIIIIITTTTTTT
just made my first dollar online this is the best feeling ever. I’m never getting off as high.
I made a public speaking accountability group with a $20 buy-in fee. Been going viral on Instagram and TikTok for these speaking exercises I’m doing, so this felt like the natural next step.
Holy this video day 1/30 of talking for 1 min on random topic popped off
1M views on Insta and 854k on TikTok in 72 hours.
I replicated the format for day 2, 3, 4 and they’ve all exploded (100k+ views)

My last 3 videos in this format have consistently blown up.
Combined almost 500 K views and brought in 7K followers.
There’s really a big demand for public speaking content.

It feels too easy to blow up on Instagram.
I posted the same videos on Instagram and TikTok.
Insta got me 272K views and 4.5k follower. TikTok got me 200 views and 16 followers.
Wow, my video hit 132K views in two days. 1.7k new followers.
It’s a 1 min vid of me shadowing a TEDTalk speaker to learn how to get better at speaking.
Been getting tons of DMs of people asking me my process for shadowing

First viral video on my public speaking account! I posted yesterday and alrdy hit 45K views.
It’s an easy to replicate format that I’m excited to continue for 100 days.
This verified my suspicion that there’s a huge demand for people who want to get better at public speaking.

I don't know how to draw. I don't know what colors look good. I realized I am design blind when design is now is the most important skill in app building.
So, today I made a decision. I invested in an iPad and will be learning Procreate for the foreseeable future. I want to make cute little drawings for my app that are true to me, not just whatever AI can come up with.
Day 16/30 of posting everyday on X!
I got a comment last night that changed how I view myself forever.
A girl that I've never met before came up after my Toastmasters speech and said:
"Wow, you had such a presence on stage. There was a glow around you."
In that moment, she shattered all the self doubt I had about being a public speaker. I'd been trying so hard to prove that my voice mattered, and she, in one comment, made me feel seen in a way I'd never been seen before.
This kind stranger made me realize that I 'm still playing too small. If I'd just give myself the chance to show that I can be this bigger, better version of me, then I will get there with no problem.
