@Matt_Alt Thank you for sharing. As an early fan of anime & cosplay who was shunned and outcast, watching this subculture’s meteoritic rise to mainstream with easy access to media, merch, & outfits leaves me feeling mixed. At least the world now knows it’s more than just violent cartoons.

Seems @kphawaii has taken my feedback + comments fr @jwyattparker & @Hwn_Brian seriously. They're working on improvements so patients can self-schedule appts via web/app. Even if this doesn't help me now, I hope the changes can help others who need care in the future. #healthcare
