I have to agree because two days of downtime is completely unacceptable (shouldn’t they have had a rollback plan in place?) and this is other people’s money we’re talking about here!
@santiobcena I agree BSP should penalize BPI, this downtime is way way longer than acceptable in any company (P1!!) and should have been escalated. And as if BPI will pay the late charges people will incur, not to mention the inconvenience to so many!
I do hope @BangkoSentral penalizes @TalktoBPI for this unnecessary and unannounced inconvenience to all its clients.
