$913,000 in XMR disputed between a swap service and its user, and nobody can prove what happened
User says he sent 1,438 XMR to Pablo Cash OTC to swap these funds in two transactions, 700 XMR and 738 XMR
And got nothing back
Right after deposits the swap service went down for maintenance and blamed a PHP vulnerability
Pablo Cash says funds never arrived and cannot find the order IDs or the deposit address in its records
It also points at the screenshots, 700 $XMR transfer shows an earlier block with fewer confirmations than the 738 one, while both phone screens show the same time
The dispute is now in arbitration on a forum
let me tell you guys a little bed time story
once upon a time, in the 1980s, gold rallied and went up more than 10x in a decade
you could imagine the mania that happened during that time, and the amount of people that got one shotted by the price action, convinced that they should funnel their net worth into it and finally 'make it'
right after, gold topped and didn't recover until 30 years later
now look where we are now
may god have mercy on the soul of everything single individual that has a heavy allocation in this asset, and if not, hopefully they are mentally prepared to endure a generational long bag hold
@IIIIXIIIXIIIIII because it already went parabolic and some people are trying to milk out another 25% pump after it already did 500% in a straight line
βοΈ Crypto mixer Railgun ignored a US lawsuit claiming it laundered North Korea's stolen crypto, and is now in default.
The plaintiffs are victims and families holding $865M in US terrorism judgments against North Korea.
Courts found it abducted a US permanent resident pastor in China in 2000 and tortured him to death, and backed Hezbollah's 2006 rocket attacks on Israel.
They say Railgun should have frozen North Korea's funds so they could seize them.
The FBI says North Korean hackers laundered $60M+ through Railgun in January 2023. The suit claims ~70% of the money it handled was North Korea's.
