@FerragamoWx Nice charts! I was thinking of doing a similar project for one of my courses. But, don’t you think the opposite conclusion is more probable— that 1800s landfall counts are overinflated with non-tropical systems? I find the numerous 1800s strikes in NE particularly suspect.
