@DHSCgovuk I have been advised that healthy 16 and 17 year olds should just have one vaccine dose. This is a confusing tweet and I’m a GP with a 17 year old son! Is the advice I have been given true?

If your child is unwell, but isn’t displaying any of the three coronavirus symptoms, there’s no need to book a test. After they’ve recovered, they can return straight back to school. #BackToSchoolSafely.

"We've known for many years we don't have enough doctors in the NHS. We want to be self sufficient. This should be seen as an opportunity to give aspiring medical students the chance to become doctors and eventually deliver patient care on the NHS front line" @MartinRCGP @SkyNews

[Royal College of General Practitioners @rcgp]

.@MartinRCGP now discussing this story on @SkyNews: "We have a group of students who meet the eligibility criteria to get into their medical school, but don't have places - and we know students from disadvantaged areas and backgrounds are disproportionately affected."

[Royal College of General Practitioners @rcgp]

Listen out for @MartinRCGP on @LBC shortly discussing why we've written this letter to @michelledonelan calling for the cap on medical school places to be expanded and for universities to be supported to host a greater cohort of students this year⬇️

We are looking for local business interested in sponsoring the annual Arden Fireworks Festival and still have a couple of leaflet packages available. Leaflets go out to 15000 local homes and you would be supporting an amazing community event. Interested? Get in touch. RT please

Many thanks to Steve from @ThePlanetMark for presenting our first accreditation to the Planet Mark this week. We are proud to be involved in this initiative and to be doing our bit to address climate change.

@juliemci I’ll ignore it then!!

[Monica Green @monicagreen42]

@juliemci @almiles_fineart OMG, do I need to reply??! A book! But I barely read any! I enjoyed Jo Pavey, Chrissie Wellington’s, and Paula Radcliffe’s autobiographies.
