Luke and his program are absolutely impactful in getting our kids the strategies they need to navigate their world. I’ve personally seen the impact first hand and highly recommend him to families and schools!
“Trump fuels WWIII fears as he confirms ‘major combat operations’ following U.S. strikes in Iran.”
“In surprise daytime attack, U.S. and Israel take out Iranian leadership.”
These headlines — and the unfolding events behind them — have been dominating global news, escalating fears of a broader conflict that could reshape world stability.
If the headlines feel heavy right now — if the alerts, predictions, and images of “World War III” have people unsettled — it makes you think about something we all know deep down:
Our young people and the uphill battle they face.
They’re growing up in a world where uncertainty isn’t the exception — it’s the norm.
Nonstop screens, 24/7 news cycles, political division, social media pressure, and a rapidly changing world driven by artificial intelligence — where entire industries are transforming overnight, and what feels normal today may be unrecognizable tomorrow.
The question isn’t whether these realities will impact the next generation.
It’s whether they’ll be equipped to handle it.
Schools see the problem, but a practical, systemized solution has yet to emerge in the classroom. Sports, while powerful, have increasingly become less about developing young people and more about rankings, statistics, and status.
So where are young people learning:
-How to manage pressure?
-How to regulate emotions?
-How to respond when things don’t go their way?
-How to stay centered when chaos surrounds them?
Because at some point — whether they are 18, 22, 30, or 45 — the game ends.
And when it does, what good is knowing how to throw a tight spiral, shoot a free throw, or have a great curve ball?
What lasts beyond the game and what ultimately separates people in life are inner skills. Which is exactly what Mind Strength develops.
It’s not therapy. It’s training.
Training young people to master their inner world so that no matter what happens in the external world — whether it’s global conflict, social pressure, or technological disruption — they’re equipped to handle it.
The future holds many unknowns. But one truth remains constant
Those who adapt, take ownership, and develop grit, resilience, and perseverance will rise.
And the rest?
They’ll wish they had trained for the moment.
I’m on a mission to lead a national Mind Strength Movement — to help this generation become one of the strongest this country has ever seen.
Not through fear.
Not through politics.
But through strengthening their minds.
Because when you master your inner world, no external world can break you.
Master Your Mind. Elevate Your Life

@beauphillips_@SBLiveWA@ManyHatsMilles Such an honor to end your high school career. Can’t wait to see you continue to thrive in this next phase of your journey. Beyond proud!
This 👇🏻👇🏻 can’t go unnoticed….
My son colored some photos for @HeathOzaeta@Billy2Bowman & @_dillongabriel_ Billy and Heath were nice enough to take photos with my boy after his first OU football game. He wasn’t able to see Dillon, but Heath said he would give Dillon my sons photo he colored. The two of them snapped a photo for my boy holding the picture and sent it to me.
The fact that they took the time to do that for my boy will never be forgotten, especially for my son. The look on his face when he saw the photo was priceless. We get caught up in the game a lot, but this right here is bigger than the game.
Amidst the chaos and what these young men go through day in and day out and the pressure they face, this was a first class move and a true testament of #SOULmission at @OU_Football and is living proof young men are being developed to make an bigger impact in others lives after football. They didn’t have to do that, but they chose to follow through.
Looking forward to seeing the season finish strong and thank you again for making my boys day.
