मुंबई महानगरपालिका निवडणुकीसाठी महायुतीचे जागावाटपाचे सूत्र निश्चित झाल्याची माहिती आज शिवसेनेचे सरचिटणीस तथा उपनेते व माजी खासदार मा. राहुल शेवाळे यांनी दिली.

शिवसेनेकडे ९० जागा तर भाजपकडे १३७ जागा असे जागा वाटपाचे सूत्र ठरले आहे. यात दोन्ही पक्ष आपल्या मित्र पक्षांना आपल्याला कोट्यातून जागा देणार आहेत. एबी फॉर्मचे वाटप करून उद्या दोन्ही पक्षांचे उमेदवार अर्ज दाखल करणार आहेत. असे राहुल शेवाळे यांनी स्पष्ट केले.

मुंबईचा विकास महायुतीच घडवून आणेल हा मुंबईकरांना विश्वास आहे. तसेच, मुंबईच्या विकासाप्रती महायुती देखील कायम कटिबद्ध आहे. या निवडणुकीत महायुतीच्या दीडशेहून अधिक जागा निवडून येतील आणि मराठी माणूसच मुंबई महापालिकेचा महापौर होईल. असेही याप्रसंगी राहुल शेवाळे यांनी सांगितले.
यावेळी भाजपचे मुंबई अध्यक्ष अमित साटम, शिवसेनेचे राज्यसभेचे खासदार मिलिंद देवरा, भाजपचे आमदार अतुल भातखळकर, शिवसेनेच्या शीतल म्हात्रे आदी नेते उपस्थित होते.
