#urbancompany I’m really disappointed with the company’s management and coordination. They don’t seem to value the customer’s time at all. There is absolutely no proper communication — they assume everyone is free to wait endlessly for their convenience.
Also I booked a home cleaning appointment and after waiting for hours, no one showed up. Later, they casually asked to change the time slot without any regard for the delay.

It’s really disappointing — the company’s coordination and communication are completely lacking. The staff doesn’t seem to have any sense of responsibility or respect for confirmed bookings.

In the end, I had to book a local professional to get the work done. The entire UrbanClap service experience turned out to be useless and frustrating.

This is second time in 10 days

@abhirajbhal Do you think our time has no value? This delay is completely unacceptable. Moreover, when I asked about cancelling the service, I was told there would be a ₹2000 cancellation charge — which doesn’t seem justified given that the delay is from your end, not ours.

Beware of LRL Motors! Ordered K&N filter (₹6,926, Order #91779) on 28/06/25. They called next day saying out of stock, I asked for a refund. Got emails confirming cancellation but no refund till today (05/08/25). Fraud company, avoid buying from them!
