@amazonIN I have made a transaction on flipkart on 26th September using Amazon wallet UPI and later the order was cancelled. Flipkart had completed the refund by 27th September itself but i have never received the refund in my Amazon wallet. On informing the same to the support,

I was told that the refund would be credited soon but it's still not credited even after more than a week from the complain and more than a month since the refund date.. Worst and pathetic support.

contact the bank. No bank is involved here since I had used the Amazon pay wallet balance. They keep on saying that there is no transaction on 26th September at all despite me sending the photos. A month has already passed, please help.

team, they checked and say that they do not see the transaction itself. I had shared the screenshots 2 weeks ago and was awaiting response. No response received. Called support today and they aren't even clear on Amazon wallet UPI. Not even the leadership team. They are saying to
