Namjoon used an analogy of how leadership is like everyone laying on the couch but the door was open and one person has to sacrifice the comfort and warmth of the couch to close the door, and for all the times he takes the lead when BTS were in unfamiliar territory, I teared up.

namjoon’s definition of leadership has nothing to do with authority. it’s simply being the one willing to accept a small inconvenience so everyone else can be comfortable. that’s such a beautiful way to understand responsibility.
