@bangherwin Apakah karena itu ada perubahan dari BPJS, dokter tingkat pertama cuma bisa rujuk 5 orang dalam sehari. Daftar RS wajib pake JKN, dulu H-1, H-2 masih bisa dapet jatah, sekarang pendaftaran sudah H-4. Sedangkan dokternya dateng telat berjam jam, ga heran pasiennya numpuk.

but in my whole career I learned more bigger company more higher the hierarchy, more less attention more harder to get promoted, more worker -> bigger expenses ->min salary
