If money wasn’t an issue, everyone says they would pursue some kind of art. It is by design that art is undervalued and undercompensated. Because art has the ability to radically change the way we think and feel and act. Art is a threat to the status quo and to the state.
There’s this little voice inside of me that squeals with excitement every time I see jewelry/art/materials that inspire me.

I’m ngl, Doctor Who really helped change my perspective on this world and humanity.
The way the Doctor speaks about humans with so much love, compassion, and understanding really influenced me to try to view the world through the same lens and helped turn me into a kinder being.
Art is so silly to me. We spend so much time making things to simply look at in the hopes it’ll make others feel as deeply as we do when we look at it.
Isn’t that so beautifully human? That some of us dedicate our lives to creating just to try to make people feel something 🥹
It’s works like this that helped me realize my love for the Arts isn’t just bc I like beautiful things; it’s because I truly love people and the unique stories and ideas they have to share.
