The three times I can recall that my drink was spiked:
1. At a work conference when I was 19, and was sipping a crown and coke my boss gave me; it was one of my first times drinking and I felt very grown up
2. College town bar
3. My own apartment at a party I was hosting
Inflation stings most if you earn less than $300K. Here's how to deal:
➡️ Take the bus
➡️ Don’t buy in bulk
➡️ Try lentils instead of meat
➡️ Nobody said this would be fun https://t.co/HGJEoXL5ZZ
@WFKARS Took my sons on vacation for Spr Break. 13yo wore his school shoes on accident and we had to buy sneakers in FL. Only ones we could find that fit were expensive Vans. Lucky for him, we wear the same size shoe and so he didn’t have to pay for them. 😂 Now I own some nice Vans.
@1tinydogmom @WFKARS In all fairness to this ad: my son had a transplant. We saw a doctor in his pedi’s practice that we hadn’t seen before and she was SHOCKED when she saw his scar. Which told me she hadn’t bothered to read his chart before entering the exam room. We did not see her again. 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️😳
@AshleyGWinter We used to sneak wine into the hospital for my grandmother. We would put it in a mason jar in a brown bag. We were prepared to say it was a urine sample if we had to. 😂
@HKalodimos Real butter, melted, and brushed on the outside of the bread. Mayonnaise on the inside of each slice, and whatever cheese(s) you desire. Cast iron skillet over medium/medium-high heat.
I also do boudin in between the cheese(s) if I have it. My teen boys love that! #southernmom
@AG_EM33 Congrats! My 18yo had a liver transplant when he was an infant. We know well the power of organ donation! May you continue to enjoy good health while you honor Lucy.
@PathLabAndrew I quit my PRN job a few months back. I hear they’re now running an ENTIRE HOSPITAL LAB INCLUDING BLOOD BANK with one Med Tech overnight. No phlebotomy, no accessioning, no MLT. Just one Med Tech to do it all, including traumas. Burnout is a REAL THINGG.
