@bt_uk worst experience I have ever had. No internet for almost a month, engineers cancelled or not bothered to turn up, 2 routers delivered, engineers promised every day this week and did I mention im a new customer so we will be cancelling now and going with anyone better 🖕🏻

@LGUK I have an LG 47LN578V that we bought about 5 years ago. we have noticed a dark line running about an inch from the right hand side and across the top as well as what I can only describe as a lightning storm in the right top 1/4 of the screen. Is there anything I can do?
