@fagwolverine @allyouhoesmad_ …..I literally said in the US. Manon calls herself black and since that is her preference and how she’s viewed socially here I’ll go with that while still acknowledging her biracial heritage. It’s called intersectionality.
@fagwolverine @allyouhoesmad_ DNA is DNA. Socially she would be viewed as a black woman. There are black people here that look just like her, the same cannot be said about white people and even then majority here would consider and treat her as black first. Ya’ll being willfully obtuse and it’s very weird.
@heyyitsjanea In my experience as a Kenyan born and raised in the US it definitely goes both ways. It’s crazy because I see us all as family. My husband is black from NC and his mom and I talk about this a lot.
Megan is top tier though so I don’t know what she’s talking about.
@KingJenee@jaalenking So you’re a villain for having boundaries? Because I wish I was this strong to do this when I’ve had to go to family functions. I’m sorry that’s hard, but props to you as well 💕
@blkgirllostkeys Lol too late. I try to time it so that my Concerta hits first but my lack of appetite hasn’t kicked in so I can eat. Lol sometimes I mess up the window or forget 😭 like today.
@dinkdinkstan I was subscribed to her and just got into her content. Honestly I miss her the most in her podcasts. She was the type of weird Virgo that I could relate to. I hope she’s healing.
@crissles Same. I miss discovering coffee shops in DC, and just sitting there drawing and people watching. Or just chilling with friends talking and laughing in my apartment.
@ellie_html You are so creative! Finished learning HTML and CSS and am learning JavaScript, but I love seeing your project ideas! Makes me want to create more projects.
